You call us immediately after the loss. You refer all calls and contacts from then on to us including the insurance company adjuster. Remember, they may not fully understand construction and they work for the insurance company, not you. OR: If the loss has already occurred, then contact us now.
A member of our firm will go to your property and assess your loss, looking at the actual damages, your policies, your deductibles, etc. (at no charge)
If we determine you are rightfully eligible to make a claim, we will ask you to appoint Rightful Claims Inc as your legal representative.
We prepare your claim, meet with with your company adjusters and their experts to negotiate a fairsettlement.
If all negotiations should fail, (unlikely, but possible), we take your claim through the “Appraisal” arbitration process.
If negotiations and appraisal fail (extremely rare) the next step is to actually go to court. We will work with the lawyer you hire to settle fairly your claim.
